The room, the view, and the hosts were all absolutely fantastic. Unfortunately, we could only stay for one night, but we definitely wished we could have stayed much longer! 🥹 Giannis picked us up at the harbor and was incredibly generous with his time, knowledge, and hospitality. He truly knows his town and the area like no one else! We’ll never forget his kindness, his vibes, and we’re definitely coming back. Excellent value for money. Amenities provided daily without asking and everything works perfectly. Quite comfortable bed and pillows. Within walking distance from the centre. Nice terrace with a view. Friendly staff/owners with nice suggestions on where to eat. They really go out of their way to help. They even picked us up from the port in the middle of the night! ☹ It would be nice if the room door locked from the inside. Also, we didn't expect the staff to come and tidy the room during our short stay while we were out, if we knew we wouldn't have left our stuff all over the place!

The photos are 100% accurate, and a genuine indication of what your accommodation will be if you stay at Pefkakia Park Guesthouse. Giannis was waiting to meet my wife and me after we arrived by ferry from Naxos, and he took us back to the port the day we left Syros. Though I offered to pay Giannis for this, he wouldn't allow me to do so. Maria, Giannis's mother, obviously takes great pride in Pefkakia Park Guesthouse, and she, as well as Giannis, treat their guests as warmly welcome and valued guests, almost like family. Honestly. Service, location, comfort, quietness, and value for money make Pefkakia Park Guesthouse an excellent place to stay in Ermoupoli. My wife and I couldn't be any happier with our stay, at Pefkakia Park Guesthouse, and we highly recommend it if you're going to stay in Syros. Είχαμε διαβάσει όλα τα καλά λόγια στις αξιολογήσεις αλλά δε περίμεναμε τέτοια έκπληξη! Δεν υπάρχουν λόγια να περιγράψουν τη καλοσύνη, παιδεία, ευγένεια, προθυμία, εξυπηρέτηση του κυρίου Γιάννη. Μειναμε για ενα βραδυ (δυστυχώς) το δωμάτιο μας ήταν πεντακάθαρο, είχε ο,τι χρειάζεται κανείς για ξεκουραστει. Ο κύριος Γιάννης ήρθε να μας πάρει τη νύχτα από το λιμάνι με το χαμόγελο, μας κέρασε καφέ το πρωί, μας έδωσε συμβουλές για το περίπατο μας και μας απαλλάξε από την έννοια των αποσκευών μιας και μας περίμενε στο λιμάνι για να μας τις παραδόσει πριν φύγουμε πάλι. Νιώσαμε ότι έχουμε στο νησί ένα δικό μας άνθρωπο και θα ξαναπάμε σίγουρα όταν επιστρέψουμε στο νησί! We have been island hopping in Greece for a few years now and this is a really great family hotel. A hotel that was that little bit extra for us! The son picked us up at the harbor and already indicated some important places, when we arrived he gave us a coffee and a folder in which he gave all the necessary explanations. Then la Mama such a sweet caring woman who even did our laundry with great pleasure 🥰 washed, dried and folded. We would have been very happy with just washed ❤️.
